After graduating in Sports Science, Paul entered the health and fitness industry in 1998 and soon became an in-demand personal trainer.
In 2001, Paul became certified in Hypnosis, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy. Combining both his personal training knowledge and experience with these vital mental training skills, he released his first book “Think And Be Slim” in 2005. Since then, he has given hypnosis workshops at the prestigious Ontario Hypnosis Centre in Toronto, Canada.
His latest book “The Power Of Depression” is a step-by-step guide to defeating depression. In it, Paul explains how he successfully won his own battle against depression over 20 years ago and how he now uses both his personal experience and skills to help others do exactly the same.
